毕辉,男,1994年生,工学博士,南京邮电大学校聘教授。东南大学交通运输工程博士,苏黎世联邦理工学院(ETH)联合培养博士。主要从事出行行为分析与建模、城市交通规划与政策、交通大数据分析与挖掘、交通安全等方面研究工作。目前,在IEEE T-ITS,Transportation,Transport Policy,Journal of Transport Geography,Transportation Research Board Annual Meeting,Swiss Transport Research Conference等交通领域权威期刊和学术会议上发表论文30余篇,其中以第一作者发表SCI/SSCI检索论文12篇。申请发明专利及软著8项,其中授权4项。受邀参加美国TRB、瑞士STRC等国外学术会议并作报告,同时担任10余家国际期刊和会议审稿人工作。
